Woolgoolga

After a nice "goodbye" dinner on Friday evening with Mavis and Sharon, we left Maroochydore on Saturday as planned and headed slowly south. We stayed overnight in Ballina in a large restarea and travelled on Sunday morning, planning to go to Coffs Harbour. The caravanpark that we had in mind however was not exactly what we wanted, so after a little discussion we turned around and went 20 km back to Woolgoolga.
A very good choice ! Nice little town with all the fascilities you need, and a caravanpark right at the beach side.
We will make this a more permanent stay for a month. A great opportunity to discover the surrounding area and beaches (we saw our first group of dolphins this morning, just off the shore here) and a good place to bridge the time till April when we want to be in Sydney for the Caravan and Camping show there.
Keep you informed!

Nu heb je toch echt een fotocamera met een knappe telelens nodig. Mijn Ome Jan had vroeger altijd mooie fotospulletjes. Ik geloof van Pentax...
Kom maar op met die dolfijnen!
