Is this a block of land in Mt Perry? Lovely little countrytown to which I have some sentimental attachments as a good old friend from my New Guinea days had retired there a very long time ago. Sadly, he passed away! I revisited Mt Perry in 2003 - see http://www.riverbendnelligen.com/dearall12.html - and found it still as charming as many years earlier. Good luck in settling there!
